Everything you need to know about getting your oil — delivery options, costs, and our happiness guarantee.

Shipping

Orders are made and packed by hand, then shipped within 1–3 business days. Free shipping on orders over $45.

Rates & delivery options

We ship with USPS. At checkout you can choose:

Standard — USPS Ground Advantage: $6–8, delivered in 2–5 business days. Our default, and free on orders over $45.
Express — USPS Priority Mail: about $12, delivered in 2–3 business days. Choose this if you need it faster.

Every shipment includes tracking and is carefully packed to protect the glass bottle. Exact cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

30-day happiness guarantee

Give the ritual an honest try. If you’re not happy within 30 days of delivery, contact us at hello@ashleybotanicals.com and we’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.

Returns

For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened bottles within 30 days. Reach out first and we’ll send instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll ship a replacement right away.
